The Brick Harvest.  A. I. Hunter Started Burning the First Kiln of the Season Yesterday - Earliest on Record.  A. I. Hunter started burning a kiln of 250,000 brick yesterday afternoon at his yard south of the city.  This is the earliest that a kiln was ever burned in this city or vicinity.  The balance of the yards will start burning the coming week, and in a few days now the brick famine will have been effectually “busted.”  (Grand Forks Daily Herald, Sunday Morning, May 24, 1903, Volume 22, Number 179, Page 1)
