The Electrical Cement Post factory at Lake City, Ia., was purchased by John Sims of Minnesota. In the transaction the company will receive 6,742 acres of land in Marshall county, Minnesota, while Mr. Sims will be entitled to all the holdings of the former company in this city. The new proprietor intends to improve the plant and greatly increase the business capacity.
