William Morin, of Albert Lea, died at Los Angeles, Cal. He had gone there hoping to benefit his health. Mr. Morin was fifty-four years of age and one of the original settlers of Albert Lea, and took an active interest in the building up of the city. Millionaire Marries. Waverly, Io., Aug. 16. – W. A. Morin, the millionaire land owner of Albert Lea, Minn., was married today to Miss Kittie Truesdell, daughter of H. M. The 1900 United States showed William A. Morin (age 35, born in July 1864 in Minnesota, landlord) married to Catherine (age 26, born in August 1873 in Minnesota) and living in Albert Lea, Minnesota. A son, William (age 5, born in August 1894 in Minnesota) also lived with the couple.

An important newspaper consolidation is announced from Albert Lea. Edwards & Morin, proprietors of the Albert Lea Enterprise, have purchased the Freeborn County Times from R. C. Blackmer, who retires from newspaper work to attend to his other interests. The consolidated paper will be known as the Times-Enterprise, and it claims the largest circulation of any county weekly in the northwest, if not in the whole country west of the Mississippi river. The 1910 United States showed William A. Morin (age 45, born in Minnesota, own income) married to Kathrine M. (age 34, born in Ohio) and living in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Children William T. (age 15, born in Minnesota) and Richard W. (age 7, born in Minnesota) also lived with the couple.

William A. Morin died May 22, 1912.
