We Have in the Past Few Weeks Booked Orders as Follows: …M. J. Rhodes, Worthington, Minn.: Little Wonder Brick and Tile Machine and No. 2 Clay Crusher and Stone Separator… (The Clay Worker, T. A. Randall & Co., Indianapolis, December 1893, Volume XX, Number 6, Page 575)

Worthington, Minn. – L. E. Fitch is about to engage in the manufacture of tile. (Brick, Kenfield Publishing Company, Chicago, June 1906, Volume XXIV, Number 6, Page 312)

Brick and tile were made at Worthington 20 years ago, but the drift is somewhat pebbly and the clay is not found to be very satisfactory. (Clays and Shales of Minnesota, Frank F. Grout and E. K. Soper, The University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 1914, Page 137)
